01

Our approach

Sometimes, the way you see yourself is what keeps you from seeing what’s possible.

01 /

Look again.

Move beyond the labels, comparisons, and assumptions that shape how you see yourself.

02 /

Understand what makes you, you.

Recognize your natural patterns, what they make possible, and where they can get in your way.

03 /

See what else is possible.

Discover new ways to respond, grow, and move forward without needing to become someone else.

04 /

Put what you bring to use.

Bring greater understanding of yourself into how you live, relate, and contribute.

Field Note 001

We all know what we do wrong. Ever wonder what you do right?

From the founder

Hello, I’m Kaleigh.

I’ve always been drawn to work that changes lives. In surgical regenerative medicine, I saw it firsthand: rarely pretty work, but beautiful in what it made possible. Healing that lasts, and hope restored.

I’ve found the same is true in our communities. We talk about thriving and flourishing, but are we really?

I’m wired to restore and to diagnose, to see the paths ahead and the pits along the way. I’m drawn to life lived in full color: the vibrant, authentic selves we were originally designed to be. When I see the potential for impact, I move toward it full force, and I feel a heavy responsibility to share what I’ve learned, should it help someone else along their journey.

So I built ARCHE to shake the dust off the way we see ourselves. Not to fix what’s wrong with you, but to show you, with precision, what’s right with you, and where those same strengths can quietly get in your way.

Wherever you’re starting from, I’m so glad you’re here.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. ARCHE is coaching and education, not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

Isn’t this just a personality test?

Not quite. Your CliftonStrengths® assessment is where it begins, not where it ends. ARCHE is a live, hands-on experience that turns your results into something you can see, try and carry into your real decisions.

How is this different from manifestation or mindset programs?

Those work on belief and a future self. ARCHE works with evidence: what you notice, try and can name about how you already work, applied to real decisions.

Who is it for?

Anyone curious about what they do best and ready to use it on purpose.

What happens in the room?

It’s best experienced rather than described. You explore, try things hands-on and leave with a clearer next step. Details arrive with your invitation.

Where, when and how much?

In person. Dates, locations and pricing go to the waitlist first.

What if I can’t attend?

You can cancel for a full refund until the date we confirm the gathering. Once your pre-gathering access has been sent, that portion is non-refundable.
