Discover what you naturally bring.

ARCHE is an in-person human development experience for recognizing your natural capacities and learning to use them with greater intention.

Your capacity already exists. Discovery makes it visible and understandable, so you can use it with intention in everyday life and in meaningful contribution. The first experience is The Art of Noticing.

The Art of Noticing

Imagine walking into a room and seeing, for the first time, what has always been working in you.

Nothing to study. Nothing to fix. A room built to be explored, where what you naturally bring becomes something you can see, try and recognize as your own. You leave knowing how to use it.

Come curious. That’s all it asks.

The name

ARCHE (ar-KAY) is Greek for the starting point.

Start with yours.

Recognition before reinvention.

Capacity before performance.

Contribution before self-optimization.

The ARCHE method · Three stages

Seeing it is the start. Living it is where everything changes.

Nothing here is a lecture. It’s all hands-on, so what you discover feels like yours.

Stage 01 · The Art of Noticing
01

Notice

See what has been working all along.

Stage 02 · The path ahead
02

Integrate

Stage 03 · The path ahead
03

Impact

Let it reach the people around you.

What you leave with

What becomes visible. What you do with it.

Words for what you do best

Plain language for how you work, ready to use in a meeting, an interview or a hard conversation.

A sharper way to decide

Know which opportunities fit the way you naturally work.

A direction you can act on

Your next step rests on something you have seen for yourself.

A note from our founder

Founded by Kaleigh Gunnoe

“What am I actually good at?”

It sounds like a simple question. Most of us can’t answer it clearly. We can list what we’ve done. We struggle to name what comes naturally, and why it keeps showing up in the work we do best.

For Kaleigh, putting real words to the answer changed how she decides, how she speaks up and where she spends her time. Nothing about her changed. She simply stopped guessing. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she has seen the same shift in others.

That is why she founded ARCHE. She believes most of us don’t need to become someone new. We need to understand who we already are, and learn to build from it, on purpose.

Good to know

Is this therapy?

No. ARCHE is coaching and education, not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

Isn’t this just a personality test?

Not at all. A test hands you a label and moves on. ARCHE is a live, hands-on experience where you explore what you do best and try it out on your real decisions.

Who is it for?

Anyone curious about what they do best and ready to use it on purpose. The waitlist hears about each gathering first.

What if I can’t attend?

You can cancel for a full refund until the date we confirm the gathering. Once your pre-gathering access has been sent, that portion is non-refundable.

What does it cost?

Pricing and dates are shared with the waitlist first, before a gathering opens to anyone else.

Where and when?

In person. Locations and dates are shared with the waitlist first.
